Johanna uses a natural winemaker’s approach to producing old school Breton ciders from native varietals, some of which are now illegal to plant. Fruit is harvested at varying degrees of ripeness and fermented in steel tank with natural yeasts and no added sulfur. Unpasteurized, not disgorged and a staff favorite.
