Made from 50 year old Xarel-lo and 25 year old Malvasia de Sitges vines.  Growers and winemakers Ramon Perera and Jordi Arnan call this local strain of Malvasia the "Riesling of the Mediterranean".  Racy and energized, Rupestris drinks like a still Cava.  Shows salty mineral notes amongst tons of lemon citrus.
