From northern Spain's Basque coast, Gaintza is located on top of a ridge overlooking the bay in Guipuzcoa, popular among surfers for it's pristine beaches and rolling waves. Estate grown fruit from 40+ year old vines. Loads of lemon, quince and green apple notes with underlying salty minerality. Slightly effervescent and very gulpable.
