The Rojac family has made traditional wines along the border of Friuli since the 17th Century. Fermented in open vats on native yeasts and aged in a mix of used oak and stainless steel. This bottling of the indigenous Refosk (aka Refosco) grape exhibits complex and earthy tannins with notes of violets and dark black fruits.
